10 Mar Villa girls take on STC for charity
Did you know that six people will discover they have blood cancer today? That’s a scary statistic.
To help combat this startling statistic, Villa Maria College is challenging St Thomas of Canterbury College to raise the most money for Shave for a Cure 2020.
Our students will be sacrificing their gloriously groomed locks for a future of pixie cuts and cold ears for the sake of raising funds for Leukaemia and Blood Cancer NZ and all the good work the charity does.
The organisation provides a wide array of support to those who are diagnosed with cancer and are an important source of funding for research with the goal of developing better treatments.
You can support us and help us reach our sponsorship goal by donating what you can to this great cause. It’s simple, fast and totally secure. Just find the student you wish to sponsor, click on their green ‘give now’ button, whip out your credit card, and Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand will email you a receipt. Thank you!
