Summer Sport Form

Welcome to our winter sports registration.

Registrations close Thursday 30 March 2023.
Registering is easy – simply fill the following form out and choose a payment option at the bottom of the page. We offer credit card and Poli internet bank payments.

Your daughter will not be registered for a winter sport unless we receive payment with each registration form.
If you have more than one daughter at Villa who wishes to play winter sport, a separate registration form and payment must be completed for each child.
