05 Feb Parent Portal on the App: technical issue
There is a technical issue with the Parent Portal when accessed via the App. The team behind the App are working on a fix for the issue, and there will be an update released by the App Store soon. When this update becomes available, please update your App (most phones and devices will update automatically) and then access to the Portal should be corrected. In the meantime, you can access the Parent Portal with your usual username and password via the Villa website – go to our home page and click on Parent Portal at the top right of the page.
