Head of Faculty Science

Villa Maria College is a Decile 9 Catholic Girls’ School with a proud reputation of academic excellence. Our focused learning environment enables our students to consistently achieve top results in NCEA. The College was established by the Catholic Sisters of Mercy in 1918 and has grown to accommodate 750 students within its beautiful landscaped grounds.
A new science facility includes: six modern laboratories, two large resource and preparation rooms and breakout spaces for group work.
We seek a Head of Faculty Science with a proven reputation of excellence in the senior science discipline. We require a New Zealand Registered teacher who is capable of leading the Science Faculty.

We have a position for a senior teacher in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, depending on the Head if Faculty appointment. We requir an effective and energetic new Zealand registered teacher able to take repsonsibility for the planning and teaching of selected classes.
